CMS or not?

Hi!

I just found out about Drupal a few days ago and I have been reading my behind off in here. I am running a Joomla site and am thinking of changing in to another CMS, or maybe not.

My websites heart and soul is the forum and articles but I want to develop it more towards a community site and only thing Joomla can offer is community builder. From what I have seen it’s not that great at all.

After reading in here it seems like all CMS are very different and the choice depends on the needs (of course :D),

Multiple Domain Module

If I use the Multiple Domain Module feature in Drupal can I push out new modules to all of these domains, sites/portals once they are created?

Thanks

Can UberCart do it ? or any modules ?

P.S. I am personal Paypal account (without API)

Thanks.

Drupal on 64 bit server

Hi,
Do you know if it okay to install drupal on a 64 bit server, and is there any issues with using drupal on a 64 bit server.

New installation 5.5

I'm confused.
I have a 5.3 installed on my webhost in a folder of a DomainName, no problem there.
Now I uploaded a 5.5 on my webhost straight in the root ( no domain involved) because I want to use that DB for multiple domains and not having the drupal parked in any domain. Problem is how to install 5.5 in mySql DB since I can't call a domain name to run install.php.
