Any experience with officialpayments.com ?

I'm working with a municipality on a web application for processing permit applications and payments via a Drupal portal, ideally D7.

This municipality already contracts with officialpayments.com for other services, so they asked whether that processor could work with Drupal. Has anyone had successful experience integrating this company's service into Drupal?

Thanks.

Drupal as backend for Flash based website with audio playlists and player

Hey all,

im contemplating between SilverStripe and Drupal as my goto CMS for developing a backend for a site for audio playback. Basically it is a website in wich the site owners create and update music playlists wich have to be sorted and be able to add upon.

What i basically need is a library wich can add audio or some page i can layout as a library page, wich contains all the audio.

I also need a page for the playlist wich should be a page where you can drag and drop or add and remove things from the library or library page.

Multi-language site - is Drupal right for me?

I'm confronted with the task to translate an existing (english) Drupal site into german and simultaneously setting it up as a multi-language site. The original is deeply intertwined and nested, with some vocabularies and rich menu structures and url aliases and so on. All this content will have to be translated.
I've stumbled upon a few issues which I do not know how to resolve in Drupal and which led me to question if it would be wise to use Drupal at all for the task:
1) URL aliases and text links: Most links point not to numerical content denominators, but to URL aliases. When translating an alias the original link does not work any more. But before the target article is translated the URL alias for this article can not yet be set. So it's a hen/egg situation in many cases with cross-references between articles, which means that at least one of them has to be edited twice - first to translate it, second to set the target url alias(es).
2) Structural changes. As of now the site is a collection of articles and custom modules. We plan to add a linear (book) structure for easier reading. How does this structure behave with translations and changes later on? What if we decide to move chapters around - will the translation be "automatically" be synchronized and reflect the new structure?

Is Drupal suitable for me?

Hey everybody! I've been hearing great things about Drupal for quite a while now and I now have a project which I THINK it will be suitable... I'd like to get some opinions.

I am looking to rebuild a website that, in effect, links musicians with venues within a very specific niche. It has news, forums, and directories (which are lists of the musicians and the venues). A lot of the musicians subscribe to the website which gives them the ability to log in and change their concert dates etc which in turn link up to the venue pages (who can also subscribe).

Problem migrating to server localhost: menu options still point to localhost

Good morning.

I'm migrating a project I have on my computer (localhost) to a server (000webhost, free account). I see the main page correctly. The problem I have is that when clicking on menu options, I still point to my localhost nodes, such as http://localhost/drupal6/node/1 or http://localhost/drupal6/node/2. I can not access the admin panel ...

. Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?

Thank you very much.
