I am developing a new site. It will contain news and info articles pertaining to a specific industry. We will need to implement a paywall for some of the premium articles. This will be in the form of a yearly subscription which will grant access to articles, as opposed to a pay per view model.
I believe that CiviCRM could be used to manage the subscriptions and payments, and it has an interface to Drupal (and Ubercart for that matter). Once a user subscribes, somehow user permissions would have to be changed to allow access to the premium articles.
I would ask you if you have to build an average Drupal website (CCK, Taxonomy, Views, Date, Pathauto, Themekey, Imagecache, Ctools...) would you use the new Drupal 7 or stick with the "old" Drupal 6?
Is (2011-08-10) Drupal 7 ready for this type of websites?
The organisation i work in are looking to migrate our Intranet site to Drupal however we currently use single sign-on with Active directory, can anyone advise what module is best to use and configure so we can retain single sign-on. Can you also verify what version off Drupal it works with, ideally drupal v7 is the way we want to go..
I need a module for online support in that costumers can access to relevant expert (chat with them) based on their requirement.
This module must supports defining rolls and permissions and also "continue chat with another expert".
Can anyone suggest me a module?
id like to know if you guys can provide a list of modules that youre familiar with to make things easier on us to develop a site with features similar to that of ebay and a few specific features. also,
