I don't installed Drupal yet, but before doing that I would like to know if there is a plugin or add-on (store or shopping cart) where the buyer can opening up a support ticket for products purchased as in the IP Nexus from Invision Power Board?
So, I would like to make a website with newspaper articles and some newspaper articles containing one file. Before the file can be downloaded, the user must purchase file. Next, for that file, the users can open a support ticket private.
I'm planing for a new project, it will be sort of local niche-social network... long ago I have opted to developing all my new stuff using D7... but this time is a little bit different so I need your opinions
Why is this time different (why I need D6)?
1- it will contain a Q & A section that I'm planning to implement using views and Vote Up Down and the stuff..
2- it will feature an advertisement system (pretty much what the ad project provides) --mainly the ad views and clicks reporting system
I am considering a project that involves using the google map api as well as filtering results based on local data.
Not sure if that makes sense. We have a local DB with specific information about meeting places, times, and other important information.
I was wondering if there was a module that helped make these filter fields connect easier or will I have to get dirty with PHP? Can someone please point me in the right direction and at least let me know what I'm up against.
Thanks
I'm fairly new to Drupal so this might be a dumb question, but here goes. I am going to build a rather large site with lots of pages (about 150-200), but it will not be advanced at all, mainly textpages.
Since they have 25 000+ products I thought it would be a good idea to only have about 100 "representative" products on the site and reference to their PDF-catalouges for the products that are unpublished.
This question is regarding how to use GMap module to see node locations on a map?
In the "Node Locations page" ("*/map/node") where node locations are shown as markers, is it possible to have the map view into the area of the map where the node location markers are visible? Currently, the page loads as the world view and one has to manually scroll/zoom to the right location.
Also, is there a reason why scrolling action of the mouse to zoom in and out doesnt work? Is it because this is using Google maps API v2 and not v3?
