Drupal and Bootstrap (aka Twitter Bootstrap)

I have narrowed the selection of a PHP Framework for a new web based project to be used internally by a construction company (max 20 users) to Drupal largely because of the 23,000 plug ins available, the SQL access via PDO and the support for image storage and retrieval.

The primary goal for our project is fast development and flexibility (the system will be developed in 3 phases with each phase adding new features).

Need help looking to move to Drupal or Joomla

Hi,

I work for an organization and one of my responsibilities is web development. When I came here one of my tasks was to consolidate their site (500 pages - a lot of single article pages). I redesigned their site and got that down to about just under 225. That being said, I am looking to move to a CMS (I am currently using espresso with with the site pages being a mix of html, PHP, mySQL calls [primarily html]). So the site isn't huge, but I am looking for a CMS that can handle that number of pages with about 1/4 of them being updated weekly, and We currently have four SQL databases in use. We currently site around 3,000 - 5,000 visitors per month depending on season, so that isn't huge either.

In my research for a CMS I am looking to stream video, podcasts and handle slide shows. I would love to be able to pull my mySQL databases into it so that I don't have to recreate them all (unless there is an automated way to do that into a CMS.)

Making a New Site

I am new to drupal. I have been looking at the tutorial videos people put on youtube.com but i am still confused. Do I need to have a separate install per website I make with drupal?

Seems like a dumb question but im serious! lol

Thanks

Handling Multiple content types

Hi,
I need support on choosing the right content structure. I am currently working on a site which will complete information about business, shops, activities, restaurants, trainings centres etc about the city or town. The fields like name, address, contact no, contact person name etc will be common but other fields like menu for restaurants, training timings for restaurants, date and time for activities etc would be different.

Are there any Digg/Reddit clones made in Drupal?

I'm looking for a reddit/digg clone in Drupal.
Does such a thing exist?

If not, can I make it myself even if I'm not a php guru?
