Before you start

I've been using Drupal since 5.1 and built a premium membership site previously with Ubercart. That was all fine & dandy but I've got a new project that will need affiliate commissions on monthly subscriptions. It seems like UC is getting long in the tooth and Drupal Commerce is the clear future - but the affiliate options on DC seem pretty bare. I loathe to think this but perhaps Wordpress along with a paid plugin is better for a premium membership site with better affiliate program features? Someone please tell me otherwise, I'd much rather stick to Drupal.

I am trying to find out if drupal would be suitable for a website I am trying to start.

We are trying to start a website like bleacherreport.com or huffingtonpost.com or something similar.

I need the website to have comments for the articles and have a dashboard where the users can see their comments, if they have been liked etc.

My friends are saying that wordpress is seo friendly
but i am intrested in drupal
is drupal an seo friendly ?

A website which students can actually login to inquire on their results and other personalised information.....How possible is it with Drupal...????????

I am beginner in drupal. I am planing to create my own blog.
I am getting this issue while creating own blog content type.
I unchecked all the publishing option and click on Save content Type button.
