I have the CCK+Views modules installed. I'd like to make a page/block which sorts all uses using the date of their last visit to the site. With Views, i can see "Node Update date", "Node create date", but i don't seem to find "node: last visit date".
Using Drupal has left me with hating it. However, that hatred is waining. Buy the book, "Pro Drupal Development". I've only ready a few chapters and I began to realize that my hatred for Drupal only stems from my misunderstanding of it. Although I am still not impressed by the name space Drupal uses (i.e, Taxonomy, nodes, blocks...).
I am a new comer to drupal. I have set up two versions of Drupal: versions 5.1 and 6.1. Both come with profile installers.
Why do I keep getting the error message : "No profiles found" ?
Each time I attempt to install, I get a menu with the first item telling me to choose a profile.
Please, can any body tell me how to continue with the installation?
Is it possible to enable indexing by Google and other search engines to private content - so that teasers/abstracts appear in organic search results - yet still require logging in by visitors who wish to access the full material?
I've searched this site for such information but I haven't found much that relates to this question.
I have created a site over the past few weeks using Drupal 5.1 on a BlueHost server. Everything works well so I want to create more sites with Drupal and move some existing sites to this CMS.
I have one catalog website that uses php and a mysql database for a big list of ebooks and software. Is it possible to have a Drupal driven website (that builds it's own pages with php and it's own database) that also is able to use other php code and a seperate database at the same time? I don't know if there will be any conflicts if I try to attempt this.
