What improvement does druapl7 have?

What improvements does druapl7 have, compared to drupal6? I installed drupal7 recently, I add some modules on it. Then, I found it seems not very stable. Program crashes sometimes, and some unknown mistakes reported. Is it normal? I want to create a site recently, so drupal6 or drupal7?

A question on licensing..

Hi,

I have spent the last week or so getting to know Drupal 7 and after struggling a little I am starting to get my head around the concepts.. I have started trying to find the modules that I need to do some of the other things and while limited or difficult to fathom for a newbie I think Drupal is a really good base system to build on..

Now the question..

Anyone know what the future of Open Atrium 6.xx is?

Hello there,

Wondering if anyone knows what's in store for Open Atrium?

I've started a thread over on their forum

https://community.openatrium.com/issues/node/3242

But am not hearing back from anyone...

Since we now have the up-to-date option of Drupal Commons available and am starting a new project...

Is there a module for adding actions as links to a node?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is a module for adding actions to node links, next to the "View" "Edit" links already existing for a node. This would be similar to the way VBO exposes actions to lots of nodes, but in this case, the actions would apply only for the current node.

I think this would be a lovely module if it does not already exist.

Building Drupal subsites within a Sharepoint Portal

I work as a consultant in a shop where they use Sharepoint for document management. The SP portal is somewhat primitive. The shop uses Windows 7 (not Ubuntu).

For example:
http://projects.companyname.com/sites/ProgramOffice/Project/default.aspx

will display a set of folders.
Then a user will click on a folder which will lead to another page with other files and sub-folders, etc.

I am not a SP developer. Just a user.
