We are looking for someone urgently who has experience working with google maps to integrate a mapping facility into a Drupal site. We have used g-maps but it renders unresponsive script errors and loading painfully slow. Any Drupal power forums cases? I mean the forum was a bit of heavy customized 。。。。

Though there so many free forum cms already, I want to build one with Drupal.

I'm asking this very general question in the hope that someone can point me to a good starting point and way of thinking about this. I have a Drupal 6 site that is used to manage content and run microsites. So far, everything has been about content and applying taxonomies to search and organize it, include metadata, etc.

I created a new extension module for Menu block called Menu Block Hide. It is used to hide inactive parent elements in the menu.

The module can be found in my sandbox here. Please submit bugs, features etc.
