When will issue search be fixed?

Or am I the only one getting a blank page when using basic issue search when logged in and a list of all open issues when not logged in.

I would like to add CMS into my website, after i did some research, i found that there is 2 the best system recommended, Joomla and Drupal. I need some advice to choose which is better for me.

I came up with this idea: a system for storing machine names centrally to manage them centrally.

When I use modules I can set up machine names. Let's say for a flag. Than I build up my views with that flag. Views will save this flag name. Than I meet a module that uses name convention for flags. Because of this I want to rename my flag. Doing so it will not rename it Views modules views. If I have 20 views I need to go through of each.

I am a phd student focus on automated testing of complex systems and I selected the Drupal system as a case study. In this sense, I need to know the number of downloads and reported installs for Drupal 7.23. I found this page: https://www.drupal.org/project/usage/2060023 where I can see the usage statistics for Drupal 7.23, this is, the reported installs. Could someone help me to know the number of downloads?

We just want help why is that so hard for this system to recognize who makes stupid forums like this anyways

Ive looking around the best of platform of Drupal and even tried to develop something to connect Drupal as CMS with CP for my cloud platform.Is this is possible or not?If is i will gather more developers to work on it.
