Drupal 7.x

Hi guys,
We're having an issue install drupal 7. We get to the first page "select an install profile" and it appears not to load the template (Its a white page with only 1 blank option to select that doesn't do anything). I don't know if this is related but we recently found out our host only has php 5.1.6?

I am new to drupal and trying to setup a basic form capture to drupal which I can then export via CSV file or view in backend. Does anyone know of a module available?

Actually i want to use WYSIWYG-7.x-3.x-dev in drupal-7.x-dev. When i add this module it shows successfully added.
but at the time of editing it gives this message " PDOException: SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'sunildb.wysiwyg' doesn't exist: SELECT format, editor, settings FROM {wysiwyg} WHERE format = :format; Array ( [:format] => 1 ) in wysiwyg_profile_load() (line 571 of C:\wamp\www\Drupal7\modules\wysiwyg\wysiwyg.module).

Looking to transfer a dotnetnuke site to a drupal. I know the site will have to be rebuilt - but need a cms that has an addon for a webcam to upload photos once every 10-15 min.

Please let me know if there is such and addon...

If not does anyone know a php cms that can handle this? Someone has had to use a webcam on a php cms site.
