Drupal 6.x

May I get your advice on this issue. I have an advertising site that allows people to register in order to be able to advertise their own ads. The advertisement is not bound by time. I am thinking to limit publishing the ad on the front page for three months, that is, I want to set a time limit for each ad they put on the site. after the passage of the three months I want the site to send email to the publisher of the ad asking him/her whether he/she wants to remove the ad or extend its expiry.

I'm moving a site from an old host to a new server running centos6 and cpanel.

I'm running into an issue with the pages not loading. I've followed about a dozen or so tutorials with no success.

I have a multilingual site, and I am writing a page in English (the default language of the site). The page will be visible in English also in the other language interfaces. On the page I want to put a link to another page in English:
sitename.org/lang-prefix/node/555

How do I make Drupal automatically insert the correct language prefix, so that Spanish users seeing the english node will not have their interface changed to English after clicking the link?

I am running a drupal 6,31 site at p28b,com. In late May I moved the site from the godaddy legend server to the cpanel server. Chose php 5,3.28 which is their oldest choice. Mysqldatabase is 5.5.36

somewhere I have a scripping error according to godaddy as I have been getting errors since. Doing an update.php I get the following error that isn't resolved--warning: include_once() [function.include-once]: Unable to allocate memory for pool. in /home/drdave1/public_html/includes/bootstrap.inc on line 710.

I know it caters to your 'special needs' but how would you know which parts of a module you need to activate?
What are they anyways?
