Drupal 6.x

Hello,
I would like to know how to resolve the following problem occured with a D6 installation while migrating from an Open BSD server to a Debian server.

Hope this the correct forum, if not, apologies & please redirect/correct. Am not an expert, know some things and was tasked with taking care of Drupal website due to lack of anybody else

Running Drupal 6.x (latest update as per Update page when it was still working...) on VPS with WHM/CPanel 11.44.0 (build 22). Which was the reason to finally update MySQL at least to 5.5.37 (and since 5.0/1 seems to have has support dropped late 2013). Apache Version 2.2.24

I am trying to figure out if / how / what the upgrade process for Drupal 6 - Drupal 8 is going to look like?

I am looking to do significant overhaul of menu structure and page content on an old Drupal 6 site in anticipation of being able to port this basic menu structure and page content into a new drupal 8 install when it becomes available.

Is this going to be easily done?

I forgot how I did it before, but there is a way to disable this Author "Submitted by" and "date" from showing up, any one know how? Is it theme setting?

For example, create a book page and it comes with "Submitted by" on "date.

I have installed CiviCRM 4.4.6-drupal6.tar and extracted the files into my module folder. When I tried to configure the CiviCRM module on my website it gave the following error:

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'CRM/Utils/System.php' (include_path='.;C:\xampp\php\PEAR') in C:\xampp\htdocs\mywebsite\sites\all\modules\civicrm\CRM\Core\ClassLoader.php on line 126

After I refreshed the browser I got this message:

After rebuild the permission, menus are disappeared. Every link has given a problem.

I checked db logs, drupal logs, also compare server files but i have not found any changes.

I could not understand why this happened?
