Installing Drupal

I'm new to making a site with drupal. I've made my site locally on wamp, no problem there. But when i imported my site to a host (no problem with FTP nor with my databases imports) and i modify the settings.php with no problem (i think), i get this error message when i try to go to my site :

PDOException: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2013] Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111 in lock_may_be_available() (line 167 of /homez.488/niksi/www/includes/lock.inc).

My problem is that it wants to install a skin, download the version of Drupal to the installation of the already established skin. For those interested, according to the source, by which I mean:

After downloading the package unpacks, and throw the contents of the folder to the server: / var / www / html / pages.

just moved a Drupal 7 website from host 1 to host 2, all seems to work fine (in the front end) but experiencing some difficulties in the admin panel; just tried to remove/add some pictures but receive permission errors, what are the correct CHMOD setting for files and folders in Drupal 7?

Is it possible to fill in a field that I create with a content type, with the users role?

I want to be able to make a view that filters on that field, so I can manage that only people that have the same role as the creator of that page, can see a list of a certain content type.

For example:

After http://localhost/sitename/?q=admin/settings/clean-urls ,Massage showing is "Access denied
You are not authorized to access this page".And After clicking the login button it is redirecting to the localhost index page.
How can i acess it in my localhost?

I subscribed the Aquia apache solar search. Then, I have a development server and would like to use the Aquia apache solar search. I talked with Aquia people and they said that I can use the same subscription "READ-ONLY".

But, I don't know how I make the read-only of "Aquia apache solar search". Is there anyone who has the same experience?
