Module for Notice Board Feature for a Website.

It creates a Notice Board Content type and a associated block view with vertically
rolling notices (Configurable).

When a node is created as a child of another node, using Inline Entity Form, this module automaticaly adds the node to the Main Menu as a child of the parent node.

Add a machine name field to terms on every vocabulary and adds 'Machine name' option to CTools Term argument.
