I am looking to hire a team to build a lovely Drupal site for me. Modalities include wiki, blog, podcast, discussion board, classifieds, and it has some need for custom programming.

I'd like a team that can fulfill these roles:

I am working with a client, and will be installing Drupal for the first time on my own (I've always worked for people who paid developers to install it). I want to hire someone, billed by the 1/2 hour, to answer questions for me, and guide me through this process. Looking for someone who is busy doing other things, and is willing to shoot me an email answer or chat/IM when I run into problems that I am not familiar with.

I'm currently planning a new Drupal-based site and I'd like to speak to web designers who have experience in creating PHPTemplate based Drupal templates. I have about US$400 to spend on creating and coding the design, so I'm not sure how much I can get for that. :)

There is an ajax chat module at (http://drupal.org/node/27689?time=1153499782) it has a few bugs (it uses login instead of sessions) and i really do need this chat so users can chat with there buddies i feel this module is really needed by drupal. I don't know much php but i want to pay who ever can port this thing to 4.7 and make it work.
This is pretty urgent
