Paid Drupal services

I have installed Drupal before, but have trouble getting it to work properly on a new dedicated service I just signed up for. Upon loading 4.7.2 and the appropriate mysql I get this message when trying to configure the themes:

0: [client 71.146.59.XXX] PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function: form_textfield() in /chroot/home/user/domain/html/themes/engines/phptemplate/phptemplate.engine on line 136, referer: http://domaincom/?q=admin/themes

I am looking for someone to set up a similar version of a joomla created website using drupal. The primary reason for this is to use a cms that incorporates tags.

We're looking to hire (contract initially, then perm if it works out) a passionate skilled coder to help primarily with two aspects of our technical needs: our databases, and the front-ends that sit on top of them. Currently, we're a mixed Oracle/Filemaker/MySQL shop, but looking to migrate as much as possible towards more of a MySQL (with Drupal front-end?) infrastructure. Initial projects will include migrating our product database from Filemaker, improvements/bugfixes to our Intranet site (Drupal 4.7), as well as some work on forums/community for our consumer websites. But, get a few of the simpler projects under your belt, and the sky's the limit for the amount of interesting work we've got (online comics and animation sites, new concepts in communities, VoIP-enabled websites, whatever else you can dream up/excites you).

If you're an experienced programmer, know a little about database schemas and optimization, and are passionate about comics, animation and/or open source/drupal, we'd love to talk to you! This position is in San Francisco, though we have some leeway for telecommute (especially during the contract phase) for the right person.
