Paid Drupal services

Deproduction (deproduction.org), a nonprofit production organization based in Denver, Colorado has an immediate need for an experienced PHP / Drupal developer to help develop an online public access community and resource management website.

This is a collaborative project, developing a large number of new Drupal modules with various functions ranging from Equipment Reservation, to a show voting/scheduling tool for Public Access TV. In addition to Deproduction's internal team, we are working with the Manhattan Neighborhood Network (mnn.org) , OpenFlows, and GeekGene (geekgene.com). Our goal is to produce a set of open source, public access oriented modules for Drupal that can be returned to the community upon completion of the project in late September

We are looking for someone who:

• Has expertise in PHP, the Drupal API, MySQL, Apache, *nix, xml and experience building custom modules for Drupal.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript and AJAX
• Is self-motivated and has experience working in collaborative development environments.
• Lives in Colorado, preferably near the Denver Metro Area or willing to commute on a frequent basis.

This will be a short-term contract for up to $10,000 covering two to three months at 30 to 40 hours per week. We are a flexible employer and only concerned with meeting our project deadline of October 1st. You can read more about the project at pegspace.org or deproduction.org/collaborate.

I am looking for a drupal designer who is familiar with the phptemplate engine and the spreadfirefox theme. Must have knowledge of the ins and outs of how to theme. Most of the theme is completed, but need someone to tidy it up and check for cross browser compatibility. I anticipate all changes will take less than one day.

I run a site www.realself.com - based in Seattle. 100% drupal, many customized or new modules and a theme with about 22 templates and about 2000 lines of CSS :!

Us: A small Drupal development firm, working with some of the biggest sites in the Drupal Community

You: A talented individual with php skills, MASSIVE css skills, hopefully Drupal skills, nunchuck skills, etc, etc.

The offer: The opportunity to work on some pretty sweet projects. We work with people and orgs such as Air America Radio, TPMCafe, General Wesley Clark, and we want them to become web standards compliant, etc...

Also, we'll pay you a decent sum of money. It won't be an overwhelming amount of money, you won't be able to build a beowolf cluster with it, but it will pay your rent and then some. You'll also receive a healthcare stipend.
Requirements:

* Basic knowledge of PHP.
* Must have ADVANCED css experience. No dabbling. You must be an expert. Please do not waste our time if you aren't a CSS Ninja. Otherwise, measures will be taken. Favors will be called in.
* Must be willing to work from your home location.

Not required, but it would be great if:

* You are familiar with Drupal CMS and the intracacies of PHPTemplate.
* You have a keen eye for design.
* You had some professional training.
* You play well with others.
* You own snarky t-shirts.
