I need a quote on a community site centered around short duration video content submitted by a community of invited members but viewable by anyone without registration. It is currently planned to host the site on SiteGround.com and I further plan on having the videos hosted on Libsyn.com for much cheaper storage and bandwidth.
This project is mostly centered around the Drupal development itself...I will work with the selected vendor in providing the needed site design, graphics and CSS. That said, the site will have its own look and feel (it's own Drupal theme) which I do not know how to code
Some of the functionality, I'm told, will require an installation of Word Press Multi-User as well. A simple e-commerce application will also need to be integrated into the site's overall functionality.
Here are some of the very high level functional requirements to give you an idea of the scope, feel free to contact me for the details I'm sure you'll need.
* Video contributors will have an ability to upload short form video (1-3 minutes) to a file server "holding area" along with title, duration, contact and meta tag information. Note that I would like to be able to choose from two operational modes on content contributor by content contributor basis... video submitted by "trusted" content contributors is automatically posted to the site and available for linkage and playback within the contributor's blog page OR if that privilage is abused the site manager (me) has to approved each video before it is posted
