Paid Drupal services

We are seeking to launch a Drupal-based education sector portal with the goal of becoming a leading site in the industry (leveraging access to a large educator community from other involvements). Having realized that installing Drupal with its multitude of modules is the easy part, I am now looking for a Drupal expert to help configure and supprt this great platform to maximize its potential for our objectives. Revenue generation will be based on offering a wide range of specialized literature (i.e. Amazon books) and established advertisers in the educational sector.

I have a Drupal site that needs the old phpBB2 converted into Drupal format. I have tried all existing converters out there and none have worked.
