Paid Drupal services

Hello,
I would like to make my teaser and body template looks different than standard one. I am using CCK for additional fields. I tried to work with contemplate module but i don't get it... Basically, my node template looks like in screenshot A at the moment, and i would like to have a design like in screenshot B.

Background

Echoing Green runs a fellowship program to support individuals starting new social change organization. Each year, we receive 750-1,500 applications for this program from around the world via our application website. The application consists of demographic information, essay answers, and file uploads. Hundreds of industry experts from all over the planet login to our website to review these applications over the course of three distinct application phases.

Project Description

Currently, the application site (http://apply.echoinggreen.org), which is written in ASP and Microsoft SQL, is hosted separately from Echoing Green’s main website (www.echoinggreen.org). We would like to integrate the two sites, converting the application site into PHP/Drupal 5, as well as adding some additional functionality.

The application site currently has about 75 pages and 40 tables – you can find a full description of its present capabilities in our flowchart (http://apply.echoinggreen.org/eg/flowchart.ppt). On top of this existing infrastructure, the most pressing new feature implementations include:

• Adding flexibility to the application format so that questions can be altered from year to year
• Allowing for text formatting in responses regardless of browser/OS platform

It appears that what I need is someone to take over a module. The LM PayPal module isn't currently being maintained and the maintainer isn't returning e-mail messages or phone calls.

The E-commerce and Ubercart modules are overkill for what I need, and neither yet has the functionality that LM Paypal's subscription component has. So, I'd like to get out of LM PayPal what it still lacks.

Here's what I wrote to Lee (which I've not gotten a response to):

1) Sell products using PayPal's subscription process

LM PayPal handles this beautifully, while eCommerce and Ubercart don't have this implemented (yet) at all.

2) Sell products using PayPal's Buy Now process

LM PayPal doesn't have this capability, but eCommerce and Ubercart require a cart and PayPal Express Checkout -- a process that with so much overhead that there's no way I will use it

3) Affiliate tracking and commission payout

This really isn't relevant to LM PayPal, but it's a feature of eCommerce and Ubercart that's not been implemented yet.

Specification of the judgement system:
• The user should be able to judge the service providers in different criteria
• The user should be able to compare the selected service providers in an overview

The system should also include:
• Forum
• Picture gallery
• News system
• And some other small features

The concept and the content items are ready.

9. search function: Name, city, category
10. The user should be able to judge the service providers in different criteria
11. Administrator menu:
- selection of user and possibility to change all functions and data,
- management of service providers in and between different categories

site will be partially a "brochure" site but will need forum/blog/and various other "community" components built and deployed.

im a designer/advertising consultant and and looking for an individual or firm to partner with for this and other projects.
