I am involved in a start-up that will be offering an e-commerce/social networking website for the contemporary art world. I am looking for someone to help me build-out the community component of the site. Up until this point I have been pursuing a WordPress based solution. However, I have recently discovered Drupal and would love to talk to someone who has experience developing it. From what I hear it is probably a better fit for what I am trying to do.

Task: provide a patch for Garland template.php to achieve the following.
1) the "Post new forum topic" link will be displayed only in "leaf" Forum pages.
In other words, when clicking on the link the user has already identified a specific forum
2) the forum drop-down selector will never show up.

I have a client that is moving their site from Joomla to Drupal. The old site is built around Joomla 1.0.13 with the addition of the Community Builder component which has allowed them to add more fields to the user info.

There are 1100 users with about 12 custom user fields. We'd like to move all the user info directly to Drupal, including the custom fields which will also be part of the new Drupal site.

I need a simple bidding module. Here is a scenario: a member post a new content/node/page with a description of a project, he/she specifies the minimum bid (This could be a CCK field). Other members are then allowed to make (higher) bids by posting it on the page (This could be a modification of a comment module). This field must also be lockable, like when the poster decided to stop the bidding. User ACL must also be set properly, some members are allowed to see the bid, some are not (CCK field permission?).

I own a company in the netherlands which has a focus on marketing and communications.
For two of our customers we are looking for a person/company who can build a theme for the cms drupal. The first one is a short time based project where we need the theme finished beginning next week. But the design is already finished and available in Adobe Illustrator format. This theme is quite simple.
The other customer needs the theme finished begin march.
Who can deliver these services and what are the costs?
