Web designer needed to implement a new version of Creative Network Designs website (www.creativenetworkdesign.com)using Drupal CMS. This project is not from scratch – we already have a website and we have a very concrete idea and illustration of what we want for the websites second iteration. The top-level architecture and contents for page types are already specified and wire-frame mock-ups with ideas for rough layouts of each page type have been created. There are approximately 9 unique page styles.

All text, product shot, logos company/branding content will be supplied. So mainly color, navigation styles, content layout and more subtle design elements will be needed.

IMPORTANT: We are technically oriented, we have designed basic websites ourselves, and we will need the ability to do basic editing of the site, add new content to template pages, and modify both the navigation menu and sub-menu-items and sidebar items by ourselves, on the fly, as needed. This should be specifically addressed in the proposal.

Confidential organization is seeking proposals for a theme design for a new, soon to be launched Drupal 5 site.

Scope:
Full custom theme and visual design is needed. The opportunity for further projects including node type creation will be awarded upon successful completion of the contract.

Hello Drupal Users/Developers

I work for an academic institution that offers mini-courses for faculty, staff, and students with online registration. The system we use currently to register and administer these classes is less than desirable.

We were looking to see if Drupal is a possible solution to our problem and was wondering if anyone out there has used it for the same purposes as listed below or knows someone who has, knew of a Boston area developer who might be interested in pursuing this project, or if someone could recommend something else if not easily done?

We would need:

-To integrate drupal and authentication with a CAS server using LDAP (we don’t want to house the user database, just connect users fro the campus’ existing database with courses they wish to enroll in – currently, we query the campus’ database regularly and import their data in our own database that is then used for authentication.)
-To allow online registration by campus users using above system
-Ability for user to sort items by calendar view, list view, catergory or name
- To allow administrative privileges for us to enroll users not on campus into courses or as instructors, block users, unenroll participants,
-Statistics generation
-Automatic or close to automatic email reminders to participants of upcoming courses

project scope: upgrade from 5.1 to 5.6 (including backup) by Feb 15th, and below listed module tweaks
