Drupal 4.7.x

I have a database backup of a 4.7 site along with all files/images from a historical site which I now need to restore. In fact I have a complete backup of everything but simple restoration of all from backup has not worked.

Seems sensible to go to version 6 now anyway. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I had exported the database & files from the online version
Now, when I am trying them in localhost I get this:
Unsupported database type
The database type is unsupported. Please use either mysql for MySQL 3.x & 4.0.x databases, mysqli for MySQL 4.1.x+ databases, or pgsql for PostgreSQL databases. The database information is in your settings.php file.

there is a java issue with the autocomplete for the city field. You will see it works on the other java auto complete fiels..occupation, education.

Task: fix the java auto complete for the city field so it pulls in the correct city data from the db.

While working a Drupal project I faced a situation in which I could not access the login page. But I needed admin access to proceed with my task, so I had to look for a work-around and found that the login page could be accessed my manipulating the URL and adding the username.

www.mywebsite.com/user or www.mywebsite.com/?q=user

Using the above URL you can access the login page of the user.
