Converting to Drupal

Just another beginner...
Is there any EASY way to import CSV (or other type) text into drupal 5.x creating new (CCK) nodes?
I have a news site with 'bout 1.000 articles that I'd like to migrate to Drupal. I have all the data in CSV.

I want to convert my phpBB 2.0.22 forum to Drupal 5.1. Exist a converter ?

Please see the version numbers: Drupal 5.1 and phpBB 2.0.22 I need the converter for this versions.

Any idea ?

I released a Rails app a few months back, http://www.dreamledger.com. In the meantime, I have become _very_ interested in Drupal. I'm not the most knowledgeable with PHP, but I know several other languages, so figure I should be able to catch up.

For my own education, and due to the fact that I believe Drupal to be a wonderful community-building site, I am looking to migrate DreamLedger to Drupal 5.x.

My current site allows users to create their own 'dream journal', and update it's content.

Hey all. I'm new to drupal, and have been trying to go through all the literature I can find to figure out how to customize my pages(I'm converting a site to drupal). I can't seem to find any that gives me exactly what I want. My knowledge of PHP is limited, but I can follow most code.
The site I'm trying to covert is http://www.chunky-jewelry.com I basically want to know how I can create, style and position divs, not only on the front page, but subsequent pages.

I am currently running a mambo site, but I do not like its frontpage layout, therefore I want to use drupal as the frontpage and then link mambo from it. But I would like to put the lastest news module of mambo in drupal frontpage so that visitors can easily see the lastest articles that I have posted on mambo.
How do I do it?

I set up a site using http://www.squarespace.com and would like to convert to using Drupal. The problem I'm facing is that I have about 80 articles with 1000s of images that need to be imported. Squarespace does supply some support for exporting site content via a backup site ( MT-compatible ) function. Is there any way to use this file to import into Drupal?

I'd hate to have to import each article one by one, but if worse came to worse, I would do it.
