Drupal cant connect to Mysql

Hello Everyone,

i am currently trying to get a vanilla install of Drupal 7.39 running on a Mac OSX 10.6.8 server. I used mac ports to install Apache, MYSQL, and PHP. For whatever reason i cant seem to get php and mysql to connect. I tried changing php.ini mysql socket location to what mysql says is the socket. i also tried editing the settings.php file to change the host and port to be '127.0.0.1' and '3306' but this still didnt get it to work. Also yes i double checked the username and db name to make sure they matched.

the error message is:

Drupal not pulling data from db

Hi all,

I just finished designing my site in MAMP and successfully FTP'd it to godaddy. I also imported my db from my local MySQL. The site builds fine, and everything file structure related is fine - my theme, and the ability to select modules/themes I've installed. However, even though my site doesn't throw any errors about connecting to my db, it seems to not be reading anything from it. No content shows up anywhere, all my admin preferences are defaulted, etc. Additionally, if I look at my db in myphpadmin on the server, I can see that the data I imported is definitely there.

CKeditor problems

Hi,
I did that users with certain roles could use ceditor , everything works, but after a while I looked, and I saw that CKEditor remained available ADMIN and other users can not use it. Raleigh does not change things like the same way as before, when running. What could happen, maybe someone had similar problems?
