Many apologies for the double post, Mods please do what you have to, I had posted this in Post Installation before I realised it might get a faster response here in the translation boards.

Hi folks, maybe a frequently placed question. Of course I will also read here carefully in topics to help myself.

But maybe shortly to answer:
My website is on construction, less content and design (CSS) is not quite finished.

My thoughts are to place only less content and then move to a translations modultest to check up if it works. Needed modules I have installed but not yet activated.

Any advises or tips before I start with an english, german, french website ? Thanks much. Great forum here.

I'm having big problems with a Drupal 7 site where I need to offer both Content and Interface Translation.

I tried every documentation I found bit nothing did work. (Translations modul and packages are activated!)

Can you please tell how to add localization for content Nivo Slider field Destsription. I install and configure modules i18n and Variable. All articles have a choice of language. And in the settings Nivo Slider does not appear. Thanks in advance!

On this site my default language is dutch. My homepage is a basic page (Welkom bij Alan Velthuis). I set my Default front page via Configuration >>Site information >> FRONT PAGE to http://alanvelthuis.nl/nl/home

But when i switch to EN (English) it's not working it's not switching to /en/home. It only switch to /en/

How do i manage this?
