Node titles in Hebrew - question marks

I've been able to publish content in Drupal in Arabic and Hebrew without much problem - simply using right to left HMTL in the body

However, when it comes to titles of posts, I've come across one problem:

But without the ability to use HTML in title nodes it seems impossible to publish titles in Arabic or Hebrew that end in a question mark, eg.

Using panels in an entity translation world

How do I use panels in a site configured with field translation (entitytranslation module)?

I set up all pages to be translated using field translation, and now I want to create a landing page using a panel.
Creating the panel is easy. Adding the content to it is easy too. Since the content of the panel (which are pages) are translated via entity translation, switching the language changes the content of the panel to the correct language. This panel (landing page) is also a top level item in my main menu. It has several subpages. Ok, all great so far.

Translate interface problem

Hi there!
New at the forum, relatively new to Drupal, I succeeded in building a site with some nuts & bolts that work fine. Only problem for now is translating the interface.

- Locale core module is enabled
- Two languages are set: English (default) and Dutch
- When I hit the Translate tab in Administration » Configuration » Regional and language » Translate interface, I get 27 times the following line:

Notice: Undefined index: field in _locale_translate_seek() (line 1931 of /Users/Rob/Sites/devdesktop/acquia-drupal-7.24.26.6017/includes/locale.inc)

language prefixes problem

Hi, I want to launch Russian version of my website www.tourofmoscow.com, which has English as a default language. I've chosen URL detection of a language with a prefix. I've left prefix field blank for English as a default language, and set "ru" for Russian.

i18n_string

Drupal 7 internationalization module category complains about missing i18n_string, but I cannot find it anywhere.
