Taxonomy Translations

Hi,

I've got a large multi-lingual site using 9 languages. I've got the content area (nodes) translating fine. However when I move onto taxonomy I noticed quite a big issue.

When you choose to translate a node the content from the default language is copied over into the new language (including images, field collections, taxonomies). However when you do it on taxonomies the content is not copied over.

Hi someone with drupal language expirience out there ?
[Question: in the english version I used < none > on several places, without the spaces to show no title and if language is set to default english no problem
But when I set language to Dutch < none > is translated to -geen- perfect dutch btw but i didn't want to show up a title at all

Clean up left over strings, themes and lay-out

Hi,

We're working on a drupal site and for the first time decided to use/press the following options:

Regional and language -> Translate interface -> Strings (here we selected 'contact forms', 'fields', 'node types', 'menu', and left the default option 'clean up left over strings' enabled).

Regional and language -> Translate interface -> Update (default settings)

i18n pre-setup

Hey,

Is-there a pre-install or pre-setup package with basic config to start with translated Drupal ?
Package regrouping all basics modules required to translate content type / menu.

Translating string “Comment” inside comment form in Drupal 7

I have a Drupal 7 site in Spanish, and I found several strings that are not translated. So, I took note of them and went to the Translate Interface admin section and translated everything except for a string.

The comment form has 3 labels: "Your name", "Subject" and "Comment". The first two are perfectly translatable, but "Comment" does not appear in the translation list.

I've implemented hook_form_alter() in my theme's template.php, to see the form structure with:
