I wonder if any of you can help me. I'm doing an Icelandic translation for 4.6.x using the 4.6.0 POT package. I'm not very knowledgeable in areas of PHP, but if you can help, I'll be happy to read through technical details if it solves my problems :-)
Drupal seems to have problems with special Icelandic characters such as ö, ð, æ, þ and also accented characters of a, e, i, o and u, which are presented as á, é, í, ó and ú.

Is the enybody know is it posibble make a multi-language site with Drupal? When you`re on one page - just push the button and that page on another language.
I understand that one way-it`s use two copies of drupal and make some links between them, but maybe there`s some modules in wich I can type one page at once in two languages?
I've set up a Spanish language site, including a few modules, using Drupal 4.6. I'm a bit puzzled about the meaning of the "Translated" percentage in the "language list" page (admin/locale).
Would it be possibly for the extractor.php script to be run automatically together with the tarballing script so that every available module would come with a .pot file - all ready for translation ?
Now most modules do not come with a .pot and people without PHP CLI have to get other people to make one.
