Can anybody suggest step-by-step path to see ALL of translatable messages directly on the pages of new empty site? (To check all messages in their context.)

I am working on a site with content in english, dutch and french. It took me a while to get the terms translated...
I ran into another quest: how do I get the menu to be translated.
I work with menu's and the nodes are connected to terms in order to make the menu translated... I started with the dutch menu and get a dutch menu everytime, even with the english or french option on.

Can anybody explain me how to do this?

I work with 4.6.5; patches for 4.6.2 are applied.

When I try to import a language, I get this error:

I translated the Drupal4.7.0-beta1 and upload the .po file here. But I can see any Macedonian letters at all. In above link there is a screenshots of the interface. Can anybody give me a hint what could be a problem?

I need some help to translate the "summary" module.

Can someone tell me how to do to get the .pot file ? Because, this file doesn't exist on the directory module.

P.S: I already installed the poEdit on my computer.
