i18n - create new node, some node parameters don't copy over?

Sticky doesn't carry over to translations?..

i18n is so easy to use for site translations. It's basically a matter of browse to the English node, click the Translation tab, then provide the alternate language translation: it effectively sets up a new node for creation (in Spanish in my case) with all the previously set values: title, body, etc.

Almost all. I noticed that "sticky" under Publishing Options doesn't carry over. File attachments don't either.. Are these settings? Oversights? Impossibilities?..

i18n - how to list untranslated nodes / pages without translation

I love i18n and have really gotten the hang of it in my scenario.
Is there some way to list nodes and pages which do not yet have a corresponding translation? I would like my Spanish content editor to be able to easily log in, list untranslated new content, and hammer away with the new translation.

Language problem

Big problem..
i cant import the greek language in drupal.
I must say i ve read all previous forum posts but i cant find a solution.
When i try to import the .po file i get a white page and in adittion in watchdog (logs) i get this error:

i18n core language

I am setting up a bilingual website in Italian and English.
Italian would have to be the main language.
Logically I might create italian content first, and then translate it in English.

The problem is that I want users to be able to post in Italian first
(creating an italian menu item) and then allow them to translate both the
post and the menu item in English.

When I input the post and the menu item in Italian though, things get
messy.

The Menu item in Italian appears on english translated content and
viceversa.

English native speaker searched

Hi,

even if i am new to drupal, i did not have a problem with the technical aspects of internationalization.

My problem is earlier and "the other way round": i wrote a calculator module that requires some user documentation (2 pages). As i am German, i wrote all text in german first, and then translated this to english. Unfortunately, my englisch is not perfect, so i would feel better if someone else could review the text.

What is the best place to find such a native english contact? I don't want to make the module official without review.

Thanks
Jan

contacting i18n module developers?

I have written twice now on this forum without receiving a reply as well as writing directly to Jose A Reyero. My volunteer translators are getting impatient. Could someone please tell me how I can talk to the developers of the i18n module?
