I set site_name variable as a multilingual variable in my settings file. I'm running localization and i18n, with English, Spanish and Russian translations. I can set the English and Spanish site names just fine. But I can't use Cyrillic characters in the site name field for the Russian translation.
When I click "save" on the site information page, it empties any fields that contain Cyrillic characters. I can use Cyrillic characters when adding content as nodes - but not when editing fields on the site information page.
Please excuse the newbie question, but I can't figure out how to translate the site name, slogan or mission using localization and i18n modules.
Do I have to use the t() function in the theme? If so, any advice on how that works? I'm using Garland. I want to translate the site name at www.womenfounders.org/collective into Spanish and Russian.
In the past I never had any trouble, but now when I try to move the branch to the new version, I get:
** ERROR: You are not allowed to delete or move tags that have
** release nodes pointing to them. "DRUPAL-4-7" is being used by
** http://drupal.org/node/95146
cvs tag: Pre-tag check failed
cvs [tag aborted]: correct the above errors first!
What I want to do is to move the DRUPAL-4-7 branch from the version 1.6 to the version 1.7.
I have just made a Norwegian translation of the Weather module http://drupal.org/project/weather, but the weather module just don`t want to get translated. What I`m doing wrong here?
Ik ben dringend op zoek naar een volledige vertaling van de calendar -module . Ik zoek een versie waar je ook de term 'Event' mee kan veranderen of als iemand een truukje kent om het te doen dan ben ik hem/haar daar eeuwig dankbaar voor.
