Translations

Hi everyone,
I have this Problem;
Because custom modules folder has been moved from /modules folder to /sites/mydomain/modules, there is problem of displaying language flag on language switch block & translation block, they still reference the old place that is /modules/i18n/flags/en.png

currently I have created folder /modules/i18n/flags/ and copied the images there. How can I fix it permanently so that I don't need to copy the files to this folder?

I'm fairly non-technical and very new to Drupal and to this forum. So I apologize in advance for any dumb questions. I've read a lot of the posts here and am trying to synthesize a lot of the info.

I know you can remove a string one at a time through the admin section. But what if you want to bulk delete? Since strings are stored in binary blobs there is no way of selecting them by characteristic. Using the lid is the only way.

So what happens if you just want to empty a table a start from scratch? would anything fail?

I will like to get a supporter in translating English Language to Yoruba Language as a prominent language in the Africa Continent being a contribution to Drupal.
