I've improved the german translation for the event module. I'd like to see this integrated into CVS. How do I have to proceed?

I've translated the TinyMCE module .po file in french, but I don't know where to upload it. Should I create a book page for it?

For helping my users to easily upload pics, I've installed several modules and plugins:
- image
- img_assist
- TinyMCE
- Drupalimage plugin for TinyMCE
- loaded all the existing .po files

However, the popups coming for img_assist don't come up in the right language. I feel like it's the drupalimage plugin that needs to be translated, can you see what i might have done wrong?

i want to help to translate the new 5.x version to german but i have a few questions:
- with the 5.x beta i can't export the po file (bug!)
- where are the german .po files für 5.x?

i have a ? about using i18n module. sorry if the question was already posted but i still cant find the solution.
I have 3 languages of my site, each time i click at one of the lang. All translated content and interface changes.. simple.

My question is to get un advice, and to be sure that i undestand the functionality. for the moment i have this ideas:

I know I'seen it somewhere (probably in some other installation) but I cannot find it now.... and it becomes pointless to run over the admin pages over and over again, two nights in a row.

where is the form to change the text of e-mails sent during registration, requesting new password and similar stuff?
