Translations

Can anyone translate this? I know it's a list of names in Farsi, looks like they won some contest for a trip to hajj. Am I right on this?

can you help me about Turkish character problem. sometimes "ş,ğ,ü,I,...." don't show when ı used...

I have completed 40% localisation for marathi language. Some menus or login forms etc are apearing in Marathi now, but I am facing a problem.

I am able to switch language by F12. Users can write in Marathi language in forums, stories etc. But when they publish the content, we see only ???? ??????? ????? ????. These applied to admin blogs, stories, polls reactions also. When created in English, everything works fine.

Situation

I have two languages on my site (i18n). I have also list of users filtered by Views module and Usernode module. In profiles I have some list fields translated by i18n.

The problem

Unfortunately, list fields on my users list are always appearing in default language. I can do a workaround and create profile list fields for both languages, but thats only workaround. I'm looking for any other method.

I've run into numerous problems, primarily with the Import and Export of Japanese .po files. I tried using pre-existing files from drupal.jp but they won't take (yield syntax errors). When I open the files I've downloaded for review, there is heavy some mojibake action going on (seemingly only with the Japanese strings). I am able to edit resources on the site, and they work fine, but am unable to export it (export also mojibake). I have many Japanese sites coming online soon and I don't want to have to manually enter in the Japanese for each, naturally.

I'm quite new to Drupal but I've dabbled around with v5 and v6 quite a lot already, installed different modules, tested them, etc.

One thing I just don't really see through is the topic of translations. I understand how to import .po files allthough there are no such files available yet for v6 but this seems to be linked only with the interface.
