My site has some pages translated into 3 languages, some into 5 and some into 6. Is there a way to show only the relevant languages in the switcher. That is make it so viewers don't see the Russian langauge link if they can't see that particular page in russian.
Hi all, been googling a lot for this without finding any answers.
I have a site where the content, menues etc. are in Norwegian, but the only interface language installed is English. This is fine with me, as I prefer to manage Drupal in English.
I just installed Drupal6 and tried to get the translation working. When I did my initial installation, I said to make the French localization available, although I did not load the .po file immediately.
Later, I added the i18n module, and now I am trying to translate to French, but I can't. When I go to the languages page, there is no option to import a new language. The Locale module is active, though.
I did put the fr.po files in the root directory. Still, nothing happens.
Hello, i'm building a multilanguages site including a custom content built with the CCK module but i don't know how to translate the labels os the fields. in both drupal 5 and drupal 6
Thank you for your help
I have taken over responsibilty of finalising an existing Drupal Multi-Lingual (English/Spanish) site.
The owners like having Statistics enabled so they can see how many hits each page is receiving. The English pages work fine with nnn reads displaying correctly in the footer of the node.
When viewing in Spanish though all I get is %count lecturas displayed.
Any ideas on where I should be looking to change this ?
I'm don't speak korean but may be involved in a project where Korean lang support would be important. I've found a korean translation effort was started by two people (http://drupal.org/project/korean) but it's not had a release and they've not replied to my posts re completing for d6.
