Translations

Hi!

I have a website that uses two languages, Dutch and English. I've made two primary menu's and translated the content. When English is default everything works fine. The language switcher works and the content get translated. BUT... when I switch the default language to Dutch the content still starts in English and when I try to use the language switcher it won't work. With some nodes it works, but then the menu is gone.

I've tried to give the English nodes an URL alias starting with en/ but that didn't work.

Can someone help me please?

Hi everybody. I want to use both english and bengali in my site. I want not to change word only. but whole sentence. let explain more below

below list are bengali words of english words

I = ami
eat = khai
rice = vat

normally if we write I eat rice and in bengali it show ami khai vat

but the real bengali is ami vat khai so how cat I do that with grammatical re-arrangement.

Please tell me how to write custom translation for any string

I want to create two versions of the website i am producing, English (UK) and English (USA).

i create a multilingual website, the default language its "french", second language "english", all the translation its ok but not fior the user registration,

if someone create new account in french language its ok no problems but if someone create a new account in english after the click on "create" i have wrong redirection like:

/en/en/user/register

so i get an extra '/lang' in the url

please i need help its very important...

Hello

I remember that I can select languages from a list for the new content that I am creating, but the option for that disappeared from new content page. I have installed 3 languages and some of my contents are in different languages. However, when I create a new page and want to published it for a particular language, I couldn't find the "languages" list to select from.

Can any one tell me where I can specify a page for a particular language rather then the default one?
