Upgrading Drupal

So, I've been into Drupal for about 2 years, my main focus has been front-end development. I recently had one of my sites hacked so I went through all of my sites and successfully update Drupal core and the modules for 8 of my clients. 7 of them went as planned, but one had me revert the update and I did that using git... now the site is down. I can still get into the admin area because I had been logged in before the crash.

When you visit the site you get "Error The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later." When I go into reports/dblogs I find

Hi I am trying to upgrade from beta15 to beta 16 in drupal 8

I followed the instructions in the upgrade.txt.

When trying to run http://mysite/update.php

I get the error : The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.

If I run php update.php in a shell i get the following error :

InvalidArgumentException: The URI 'http://:' is malformed. in Drupal\Core\Url::fromUri() (line 298 of /var/www/html/dr8acq/web/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Url.php).

Any idea what's gone wrong here ??

Hello. I have an old Drupal 6 site that I have neglected for some time. Of course I have some upgrade warnings for core and for modules. However, I thought it would be good to re-examine the architecture of the site and start fresh with Drupal 8. The site isn't too complicated at its core, but the problem is I've forgotten which installed modules are essential, and even the basics of the site setup. I'm sure I can familiarize myself with the setup, which is basically a hierarchical arrangement of content types with voting at the lowest level.

I´ve just tried to upgrade from 6 to 7, used the upgrade.txt as a reference.

However, I tried to be smart and did not copy the sites directory, because I thought "I´d like to keep that".

The upgrade went wrong, and I researched and found that this is probably because by not copying the sites-diretory.

at first they were like i made them in vocabulary - the same order
after i added some more terms - they ranged differently
i want them to be like in order i range them in my vocabulary.

how to remove quantity that is given right after each item

We upgraded Drupal Core from 7.38 to 7.39
