Update issue 7.41

I have just tried to update my site to 7.41 from 7.39. But the update does not go through . Status report still says security update is needed and I will remain at 7:39 after driving update.php .
I have updated 10 other sites without this issue.
Anyone have this issue or have a solution for this?

Entire site goes blank after upgrading core from 7.39 to 7.41---help needed

Hello everyone,
I upgraded from 7.39 to 7.41 and I got a completely blank site! At first everything looked fine but when I exited maintenance mode every page went to blank. Please kindly help.

After upgrading Drupal to 7.41 older version is recommended (7.40)

I ave just updated Drupal from 7.40 to 7.41. If I go to report page it says "Drupal core update status Not secure! (version 7.40 available)". Though core version is 7.41. See attached screenshots. Have anyone experienced this?

how does the process of update.php work internally ?

First of all, if you know some key doc that explains all what I'm asking here, I'm ready to RTFM, just send me the link !

If not...

This post follows... my previous one (obviously ;) ) but I may have posted useless details so nobody seem to follow it.

So, let's keep it simple : my update.php is "frozen" at Starting updates" and I don't see how to sort find the reason why.

Can someone describe how the process of update.php works internally ?

Upgrade to Drupal 7 or 8?

Hi,
We are a small non-profit and need to upgrade our Drupal 6 site. We are not looking for a web redesign yet. My instinct tells me we should upgrade to Drupal 7 first and that should give us at least a year to work on a redesign that we love. Then we could consider upgrading again to Drupal 8... or stick with 7 for a few more years and upgrade to Backdrop CMS instead...

Authorize file system changes with Drupal 7.34

I have the following issue with Drupal 7.34 :

Each time I try to update modules i get the following message on authorize.php

Authorize file system changes

It appears you have reached this page in error.

I suspect I must have an incorrectly chmoded page or repository... But which one ?

Please do not recommend me to upgrade to 7.39 'cause that's what I initially did and I had the same problem go I got back restoring 7.34

But 7.39 doesn't seem to be the issue.
