Failed to get available update data

I'm not sure why, but suddenly we can't get update data any more. I did a search and tried the most common solutions--clearing the cache_update table, increasing the timeout, etc. but nothing seems to work.

Are there any log files I can look at to try to figure out why this is happening? I don't see anything in Drupal's recent log messages or in the Apache error_log.

I thought maybe it was a firewall issue but when I go to updates.drupal.org, I get the message that my IP isn't being blocked.

Thanks for your help.

Drupal 7 to Drupal 8 users import?

I have about 15-20 users, how could I import them to Drupal 8? Can I do it manually from phpmyadmin?

Thank you?

Core web update

Hello to all,

Is there any plans for making the core updatable through the web interface just like the modules could be updated?

Thanks!

Upgrade drupal 6 to 8

Hello,
I have the following problem, they are doing an upgrade from Drupal 6 to Drupal 8. Unfortunately, after some time gives me an error:

[solved] Migrate from D7 to D8

Hello, I am struggling to migrate a Drupal 7 website to Drupal 8, without drush. I have followed the official guide: https://www.drupal.org/upgrade/migrate
The "update" process works properly until it reaches 100%, after suddenly the page becomes white with this error: "The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later.", and the website is ko.
I tried 4 different times also disabling every "no core" modules. No results.
Some ideas?

Thanks
