Upgrading d7 to d8 error: d6_field_group plugin must define the source_module property

I am running into the same problem doing this upgrade from a Drupal 7 site to Drupal 8.  I have on the Drupal 7 site, Field Group 7.x-1.6.  When I try to do the Upgrade it is reporting this error and highlighting the database name.  I have on the Drupal 8 site, installed Migrate, Migrate Drupal, Migrate Drupal UI, Field Group, and Field Group Migrate installed.

Drush Command "migrate-upgrade" is not defined.

New install. My versions installed seem correct

migrate-upgrade doesn't show in the list of drush commands, though migrate-status and a bunch others do.

I see this notice in logs

  • User warning: The following module is missing from the file system: drupal_upgrade

What could be the problem?

Update to 8.5.6 breaks site

Hi,

I tried to update to Drupal 8.5.6 from 8.5.5 using Drush and it seems to work, but afterwards I can't access any page but the starting/root page.

If I try to access the backend (e.g. www.site.net/admin) I get "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. ... Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
Up to now updating using Drush worked out very well.

Old version of drupal throwing an error but can't upgrade.

Good evening,
