I'm trying to update a site from Drupal 8.4.4. to 8.6.1 but composer seems to be hitched up on something. Initially when running composer update drupal/core webflo/drupal-core-require-dev symfony/* --with-dependencies I was getting the error Package "drupal/core" listed for update is not installed. Ignoring. So I deleted my composer.lock and tried to run composer install again, it finally gave me something usable to go off of, but I'm stuck again. My new error reads:
We have web sites (Drupal 7.59) that are also behind a proxy, and no longer receive updates from drupal.org.
Tried all the solutions mentioned by others (example: emptying cash tables etc.) and and couldn't find a fix.
Our sys admins have done the below changes and still can't get it to work.
Can someone please let us know what we are missing? What we have found out was, every time we run Drupal updates it goes to new IP addresses as mentioned below.
I've been using Dupal since the 6.x time period so this is a weird one for me.
I can't add blocks, the little java star thing spins and nothing happens, the window does not close. I've tried to add core blocks (body) or custom blocks. Nothing works.
I could add the yesterday. Since I last added blocks I did the following things
I installed Telephone and Actions
I configured the sendinblue module (But it's been installed for weeks)
I upgraded the core from 8.6.0 to 8.6.1
That is when i tried to add the sendinblue block. No dice.
