Upgrading Drupal

Hello,

I tried to upgrade from Drupal 8.5.7 to Drupal 8.6.2 and I have this issue:

RuntimeException: Unable to determine class for field type 'text_with_summary' found in the 'field.storage.node.body' configuration in Drupal\field\FieldStorageConfigStorage->mapFromStorageRecords() (line 160 of core/modules/field/src/FieldStorageConfigStorage.php).

I can do update.php. Nothing I have this error. I don't have Drush.

What should I do?

It looks like the docs may have some outdated update instructions:

Looks like archive-dump is no longer supported, and ups(pm-updatestatus) is deprecated. What is the correct procedure for updating with Drush now? Is it possible to update the docs?

I am not able to upgrade to drupal 8.6.2 using drush 8.1.17. Unfortunately, drush does not provide the reason behind its failure. I have no clue of what do do next, and even how to debug it further. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.

It follows an excerpt of the command:

$ drush --debug up drupal

you can find the (almost) complete log here (I only removed the untar output to have a smaller file such that can be pasted on pastebin)

I need to upgrade to 7.60 - this would be my first time upgrading (or is it just updating... not sure).

I looked up the procedure in the User Guide and found this:

but it references Drupal 8; 

Are they valid instructions for Drupal 7 too?
