Problems upgrading Drupal 4.7.6 to 5.7 with multisites

Hello,

I'm having some problems to upgrade my drupal sites 4.7.x to 5.7.
I work in Itaipu Binacional (www.itaipu.gov.br) and we use Drupal
as our CMS. Each area have a Drupal site.

It was installed one Drupal to n areas using multisites.
N databases, where each database represent one area, like above:

http://op_dt.itaipu/drupal
http://opuo_dt.itaipu/drupal
http://sid_gg.itaipu/drupal
.
.
.

Well, I followed the upgrade instructions and when I run update.php
for one site (one database) its works fine. When I run update.php
for any other, some problems occurs. The errors is listed above.

I see that the problem occurs after the first update.php script run.
When I start with the database which had problems in another attempt,
update.php script run with no problem. But when I run again in another base,
the same problems appears.

The steps that was executed are:
- Backup files and database
- Turn the site off-line
- Turn off the contributed modules (not uninstall of course ;))
- Update Drupal 5.7 cores files, preserving the files in /sites/
- Run update.php
- Update contributed modules
- Turn on contributed modules
- Run update.php

For the first site, its OK.
For subsequents sites, the firts update.php crashes.

Thanks,

Drupal database update

Upgraded from 5.2 - 5.7 - PHPList

Hi have upgraded from 5.2 - 5.7 which seemed to go very smoothly. But have one problem, I had PHPlist setup in a folder inside the main folder public_html with drupal and it was working fine before. But now if I try to access the domain www.mysite.com/phplist am getting a "Page not found" error before it would go into PHPlist. Does 5.7 have security that's stops it?

Upgrade from 5.7 to 6.1 Login doesn't work

I ran the upgrade from Drupal 5.7 to 6.1 and now I can't login. Instead of the normal login Drupal asks for email and password. When I try the admin email and passoword it doesn't work.

I get the following errors

How many are Using 6.x

I ask this question as I have downloaded the new version and have been using it on a test environment, very nice by the way, but when I check for modules that I use not many seem to be tagged as 6.x. All the upgrade docs state that the modules you use must be for the right version. Now I understand why but I was just wondering if peoples live sites are upgraded to 6.x yet or is everyone just investigating the new system in preparation for when a large chunk of the modules become available.

No Navigation menu after upgrade from 5.7 to 6

Hello Drupal Experts,

I am somewhat of a newbie to Drupal and I am desperately in need of your expertise for the problem that I am having. I am performing this upgrade on a test server (Windows 2003, MySQL 5.0.51a). Currently I am running Drupal v4.7.3 with PHP v5.1.4 I have followed some of the suggestions for upgrading to Drupal v6.0 from the posts here. Below are my steps, and I also follow the "upgrade.txt" file instructions, making backups for each versions steps.

Where did my theme go?

I have several sites up and running using themes I wrote. I have not upgraded any of these sites since 5.3. Yesterday I had to move a couple of them to new servers which the fantastico installed 6.1

6.1 is not recognizing my custom themes. I had a test drupal site (5.3) installed in a subfolder on a site so I uploaded the theme to that site and it showed. I then clicked the upgrade button to 6.1 and the site upgraded but the theme disappeared.
