Forgive me if this is not the correct place for this post. I struggled with where to post this question.
I have been working with Drupal off an on now for a few months. Going back and forth between Wordpress and Drupal. I like features in both and I may eventually use both together if I can get them to synch up.
I prefer Drupal because it seems to have more features and more of what I am looking for. My concern is this:
I upgraded from 4.7, upgraded my various modules, and now I've got an xampp login box popping up pretty much whenever I try to do anything in Drupal. It's a box prompting me for a username and password to connect to the machine Drupal is running on.
I've tried to search here and on the Apache friends forum, but haven't found anything.
The other sites I'm running off the same machine don't have the same problem with the box coming up, so I figure it's an issue with my Drupal installation.
Hello I have a drupal website using PHP 4.4.7 and Drupal 4.7.6.
My ISP is migrating all it's accounts to PHP 5. Do I need to upgrade to a new version of Drupal?
Or will it just work?
I'm currently in the process of upgrading a drupal 4.7 site to drupal 5 on a test site i've set up on my home computer.
I've downloaded all relevant contributed modules and gone through the update process, dealing with a few memory errors in the process.
On trying out the site using a localhost/ address i've been given this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function module_exist() in C:\xampp\htdocs\greenhouse_upgrade\themes\student\template.php on line 43
I hope some of you guys can check this one out for me. After updating our site from 5.3 to 5.7 we seem to have lost the 'add to cart' link on all the 'products'. Everything else seems to work OK. The site can be found on www.subudbooks.net
Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.
On one of my sites, I have installation of Drupal which is very outdated. I didn't upgrade Drupal, since I didn't update content of site. Now I started to receive good traffic to this site and since I also now have time and content for this site, I thought about refreshing it. In administration of Drupal I didn't find anywhere which version it is, so I checked in changelog.txt, and there is info that this is version 4.7.2. (is there any other way for finding version?) I'm sure that it isn't some 5.x version, but maybe it is some later version of 4.7.x.
