Can someone recommend me a user-friendly theme to manage firmware of specific devices?

For example: adding of components, checking status, server performance statistic, different operations.

I created a custom module based on the Drupal 8 Message mold.

This module creates a message when a comment is created. It's perfect.

Now I want the module to create a message when a node is flagged. I started a code but it doesn't work.

I have a geofield content type.

I created a page and block view. Both have the same exposed filters.  Page view shows the exposed filter but not the block view.

I use D8 and I have installed the bootstrap theme cpn its library.

Does anyone have experience with zetraz theme? I am a beginner. I changed the browser size to small and neither of the menu items show up in small view. Can this be resolved? Would it require lot of work?

I have just installed drupal and trying to add some content but I am faced with two beginner doubts. The first one is to know how to put a check at the end of a form to comply with the GDPR. The second one is to know how to add images to paragraphs (align left) without overlap with them.
