Drupal 8.x

Hello Everyone,
I am very new to the website construction and so far have found that Drupal is general very easy to use. Could someone please direct me on how to add a html calculator onto my site. This calculator has html text, Java script and a finally a file of jpgs. I would like to add this calculator as a static page with links to the main menu (this part I have sorted out)
Does that make sense? Do you need more information?
If anyone could direct me, I would stop pulling out my hair.

I have a website which does lot of work on financial data. It involves operations on large volumes of data most of the time. Hence I find it useful to do those operations in mysql stored procedures. I have stored procedures in my database. I want to know how can I execute stored procedures in drupal? Is there any good method to execute stored procedures in drupal? How drupal handles stored procedures in general? Or we just have to use the PHP to execute stored procedures?

I want to know what translation system will use Drupal 8?
Is Gettext?
If so let me know how you do to translate a module etc..
Do you use software or Poedit you translate by hand?
