Drupal 8 Windows IIS 8.5

I'm attempting to install Drupal 8 from the most current build from GitHub. PHP 5.4 is enabled and running without issue. I'm getting the following error when attempting to go to the site so the install can begin:

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in C:\inetpub\vhosts\drupal8.yourappzone.com\httpdocs\core\lib\Drupal.php on line 275

Any help would be appreciated.

Firm or Developer(s) Needed For New Website Implementation - Outdoors Niche

We are about to embark on an ambitious project and I am looking for a team or Drupal Developer(s) and designers to get the job done. Going with a firm seems to be the best option as they will probably have all the folks we need to complete the project. Though I am happy hiring individuals to make it work. I just know my experience in the past hiring multiple folks can be cumbersome, and a royal pita.

Feature request for D8 Core / Fields- Anchors

The main site I work on features listings for workshops, and there's always a lot of info on the page (who, what, where, when, how much, etc.).

I started manually creating named anchor links on the D6 site which allowed me to clean up the layout tremendously as well as improve user experience.

During my D7 upgrade I used fields to help force layout and standardize the node type we use to publish the content.
