On another thread I was advised to clear the sessions table - how do I do this?

Do I need phpMyAdmin? or can I do it using the drupal admin interface...

I've just turned on the auto update notifier and I'm told I need to update to v6.8 of the Drupal Core...

Never done this before but downloading and reading the UPGRAGE.txt gives me a nice step by step guide.

I've got two questions though...

1). Do I need to install 6.7 first, before 6.8 or is 6.8 a cumulative update?

My site is fairly simple....I only have one home page and a forum page that I use from another company that also hosts the site...I see that drupal has a forum capability already built in...Is it possible for me to not use drupal's forum and continue to use the one that I have?

I've just uploaded a load of modules (Ubercart and related ones) and enabled some of them as a next step but I got this error message when clicking save... (I can't remember the exact bytes so i've put ?? around it).

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate ?916? bytes) in /home/sites/spinninghat.com/public_html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 41

Now everytime I try to go to the Modules list, I get this error message...

The requirements i want to be done for my site are these. Please help me if drupal will be good for me including which all add ons i must download for these. Additional suggestions are welcome.
